The 85/86 meeting was held in Columbia, SC at 2pm. 
Here are the highlights that were agreed upon at the meeting:

The meeting was held in Columbia, SC. The committee voted and approved three payment options for the Reunion in Jamaica at the RIU Resort, Montego Bay.

The Committee approved payment plans based on 4 night, 3 night stays in Jamaica. The Reunion dates are Jan 14-18, 2016 but the actual reunion will be Jan 15-17 (Fri to Sun) but we are allowing extra days if you want them. Here are the prices and they are Per Person(PP) for each option. All payments are based on an 18 month payment plan and reunion fee's for the extra's that will be given to you once in Jamaica. Full financial reports will be provided also. Rooms are double occupancy, if you want a room to yourself, then double the price. Airfare is not included.

4 days/3 Nights - $38 pp a month, and 
5 days/4 nights - $48 pp month

The first payment of $50 (deposit) is due by May 25, 2014. After that, they payment schedule will follow whichever plan you choose. We must have 20% of the money before we can lock our rooms and dates, and based on this, we have targeted Oct 1, 2014 as the day we will lock in our rooms with the resort. If you pay anytime after May 25th, you MUST catch up all the months you missed to get current. All payments will be paid "Hillcrest High Reunion" and sent to Beverly Barrett Anderson, 906 Clay St, Sumter SC 29154. We have set up a Paypal account that you can make payments into, the paypal account is hillcrest8586@yahoo.com. You will receive notifications of payments when they are made. After Oct 1, 2014, if you can't go on the trip, your money will be refunded minus $50 which is what we pay for canceling your reservation.

PASSPORTS are required for entry into Jamaica and remember to let your credit card company know that you will be in Jamaica as the country is on the list of fraudulent countries. We look forward to seeing everyone at the 30th Reunion.

Last Note: October 2015 is the deadline for us being 100% paid to the resort, so, keep that in mind, because if you miss a payment, you have time to catch it up, but we are planning everything based on headcount so the earlier we know that you are coming and have paid your initial months fee, the better that helps the committee.

All rates includes: Roundtrip Airport Transfer, All hotel gratuities and taxes, Hotel Porterage, Multiple a la carte dining options, Complimentary Welcome Beverage, Anytime snacks, Nightly Entertainmaint, Complimentary access to fitness center, Unlimited Brand Alcohol, Complimentary access to steam and sauna rooms, land and water sports, Scuba Diving for Certified Divers.
